I have worked with those dealing with grief and loss, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, stress and anger management, couples needing help with conflict resolution and better ways of communication, trauma, and people dealing with various forms of addiction just to name a few. It does not matter the reason you are seeking help, because I believe together, we can unravel what is causing you distress, seek to understand all the layers it is impacting your life, and reconstruct new ways of living a life you desire.
I specialize in helping clients gain a better understanding of themselves and help them create a positive self-concept. There is such freedom in knowing who you are and how you can overcome life’s challenges simply because you have confidence!
I enjoy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I enjoy helping people strengthen their sense of self, work through where they are in their life-span development and bring awareness to the importance of being encouraged and being part of community. We weren’t meant to do life alone!
I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a B.A. in Psychology and received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington.
